Terms & Conditions:
  • The quotation is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue of quotation.

  • In case the site staff does not accept the delivery of furniture, the client will be responsible for the delay and will have to bear the end to end and other storage costs if any.

  • For storing the furniture in our warehouse in case of extended delivery requests from the client, the balance payment needs to be cleared in full for approval of any such requests long with additional storage charges.

  • Upon acceptance of the quotation, it is mandatory to fill in the Customer Acceptance details mentioned on it along with the advance payment confirmation.

  • There will be extra charges for any item not included in the quote.

  • The delivery timeline will start from the date of approval of production and trading sheets by the client.

  • No alteration or return is permissible upon ‘order acknowledgment’.

  • All goods remain the property of REAL TOUCH OFFICE FURNITURE Trading LLC until the invoice is paid in full.

  • f the client wishes to cancel the order after approval of the project and receipt of advance payment, a compensation fee of 25% of the deposited amount will be charged and only 25% will be refunded.

  • Delivery will only come about in the presence of the customer's representative after the delivery note is duly attested by them.

  • All the balance payments must be paid to REAL TOUCH OFFICE FURNITURE Trading LLC prior to the delivery or immediately upon delivery.

  • Manufacturing defects if any, should be communicated to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

  • It is mandatory to choose one additional option for sofas and chairs in case the first choice is unavailable after the payment of the advance.

  • Confirmation of the quotation constitutes acceptance of all the above terms and conditions in full.

Document Checklist after Quotation Acceptance
  • Signature and company stamp on the Quotation / LPO / Contract.

  • Copy of Trade License & TRN Certificate (Not applicable for individuals).

  • Signed Production and Trading Sheet(s).

  • Receipt of Payment to be attached.

  • Emirates ID / Copy of Passport Required for any order value above AED 35,000.
